TELL ME SOMETHING GOOD: 24-year-old Goes Viral Raising Thousands For Homeless Man In New Haven

This story is incredible.

A 24-year-old guy named Philip Vu quit his bank job a while back to live out of his car and travel.  A life changing road trip that he never imagined would lead to what he ended up doing here in Connecticut.

While passing through New Haven on his journey he made friends with a homeless guy named Mike. Philip thought Mike was so interesting that he started posting videos of their conversations online, and they went viral. Them eating lunch, dinner, just driving talking about life. his followers started to reach out to ask how they could help Mike. Phillip decided to set up a GoFundMe account for him and ended up raising $17,000!!

Here’s the video of him giving Mike an envelope with the first thousand dollars.  His reaction is priceless.

If Phillip can do this for one man in New Haven, imagine what could be done across the country to try and help people in need get back on their feet.
