Hand up, I love me some dark chocolate. Like a lot of people who like dark chocolate I feel like I tell everyone who will listen how “It’s healthy for you! Did you know that? It’s true” But why is that?
Dark chocolate is a great source of antioxidants and minerals. Which are both good for you and your body. In general it also contains way sugar than milk chocolate. There are a few studies that show how dark chocolate may help lower the risk of heart disease, reduce inflammation and even improve brain function.
