You may have heard the myth before that you are physically taller in the morning than at night. This is actually true. But why?
In the morning you are about 0.2 inches taller than at night. This is because the discs in your spine have been relaxed all night and able to spread out. Then as you go about your day they squash down a little making you shorter at night!
So if you’re going to measure yourself do it when you wake up to feel taller.
