A 33-year-old woman from London lost 80 POUNDS with this secret strategy to lose weight. She says she attributes it all to decided to delete all of her social media accounts. The theory being that you don’t realize how many food pictures you see on there nonstop. So taking that away helped her resist the urge to snack.
