MUNDANE MYSTERIES: How long until your body adjusts to Daylight Saving Time?

Still feeling tired and hungover even though you didn’t drink? Darkness arriving before you even leave the office. Yes, Daylight Saving Time is the worst. But how long will you feel awful? Not too much longer hopefully.

The average person’s body needs about 66 hours to fully adjust to the clock change and that hour difference.  In theory you should be back to normal by 7:00 P.M. tonight. The nice and rested for tomorrow morning.

It will still be dark out early, but hey… at least you won’t be as tired.
