Every Friday in The Feed Kevin talks to Megan from CampByMama.com about all the great things to do in Connecticut with the family. This week Megan has some fun ideas including seeing reptiles on a train, art shows, and even Jack and the Beanstalk!

  1. Jack and The Beanstalk at the Downtown Cabaret in Bridgeport. Saturday February 18 @ 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm and Sunday February 19 @ 2:30 pm – 5:00 pm. 

2. Reptiles on the Rails at Essex Steam Train & Riverboat in Essex Sunday February 19 @ 1:00 pm – 3:00 pm. Join Ranger Russ for a 2 hour ride through the Connecticut River Valley as you explore the beauty of natural surroundings. Keep an eye out for eagles and other wildlife along the way! A presentation about native snakes of the area and have some on board for up close and personal viewing! Limited tickets for $35 available. 

3. MoCA Westport Art museum in Norwalk, Sunday One Hour Kids Drop In Art 12-3pm 

4. AR Workshop in Fairfield Sunday Chunky Knit Blanket Workshop. This is an advanced project and intended for guests aged 15 and up.

5. 43rd Annual Photography Show At The Carriage Barn Saturday 10am-5pm and Sunday 1-5pm
