MUNDANE MYSTERIES: How much does it cost to own a fast food location?

MUNDANE MYSTERIES: How much does it cost to own a fast food location?

We’ve all had this day dream while sitting in the drive thru right? “What if I just owned this place… it would be awesome! I wonder how much I would need”.

If you ever did want to buy your own fast food joint an be a franchisee there are some that might be more affordable than you think. For example, it only costs about $400,000 to own a Subway franchise! That’s basically like buying a house.

If you want to go bigger and be the owner of say, a McDonalds, that’s going to cost you somewhere in the $2.2 million range. The upside is you’ll bring in more revenue, but it will be harder to come up with that initial investment. Good luck!
