Santa is busy up in the North Pole getting ready for his big trip next weekend. But where exactly is the North Pole? Which country?
Kind of a trick question since no country owns the North Pole currently. It actually exists in international waters. The closest land is the Canadian territory of Nunavut and Greenland (which is part of the Kingdom of Denmark).
The weird part is, Russia, Denmark and Canada have all claimed the Lomonosov Ridge which are a group of mountains that runs under the pole.
The actual North Pole doesn’t have any landmasses to it. It’s only ice floating on water.

Q: 10% of Americans have injured themselves in December while doing this
We’ve seen stories of complete strangers helping people they don’t even know, but what about people helping animals they don’t know?
Recently a cab driver in India was driving when he came across an injured monkey on the side of the road. He decided to pull over to help and started to give the monkey CPR, including mouth-to-mouth. It worked! He managed to save its life.
Poinsettias are a really beautiful plant, but why are they so popular to decorate with at Christmas time? Besides the obvious fact that they are Christmas colors, red and green.
The poinsettia story all goes back to plant’s native Mexico, where legend has it a little girl left some seeds from a weed as a gift for a baby Jesus that was in a nativity scene. In the time after the seeds miraculously turned into the gorgeous flower we now know as a poinsettia.
In the 19th-century the U.S. ambassador to Mexico at the time was Joel Roberts Poinsett. He brought the plants with him back to the States. That’s how the plant became the official Christmas flower and it was named after him “poinsettias”.
The team is on a quest to create the greatest Christmas story of all time. Every day a different chapter made up by a member of the show. Anna set the tone yesterday, but where did Jon take it today? What do you think should happen next?
